International Women’s Day, observed annually on March 8, is a global event that honors the achievements, resilience, and contributions of women in all aspects of life.
“To women in the UAE and around the world, we express our sincere gratitude as you continue to inspire future generations through your pivotal impact and achievements in all fields,” Sheikh Mohamed added.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, also took to X to mark the occasion, stating: “On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the generosity of women, their strength, sacrifices, and contributions to building societies and nations.”
“Women are the essence of life, its story, and its soul. They are the nurturers of generations and the makers of heroes,” he added.
